Any employment offer, position, compensation, commission structure, or employment terms are determined by the respective real estate company.

Leads & Opportunities

THYR does not guarantee that any particular lead or opportunity will result in a transaction, sale, client relationship, commission, or income.

Educational Content

Participants who successfully complete and pass the required THYR assessment are guaranteed access to hiring opportunities with real estate companies through THYR, subject to the applicable program requirements.

THYR facilitates access to career opportunities but does not guarantee that a participant will be hired by any specific company. THYR also does not guarantee sales, clients, commissions, income, or any specific financial outcome. These results depend on individual performance, effort, experience, market conditions, client demand, and other factors outside THYR’s control.

Intellectual Property

All THYR Academy content and materials, including but not limited to videos, lessons, documents, presentations, frameworks, assessments, graphics, designs, trademarks, logos, written materials, and other educational content, are the property of THYR Academy or are used under appropriate rights or licenses.

Your purchase provides you with a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access and use the purchased content for its intended educational purpose.

You may not, without prior written permission from THYR:
